My elderly mother lives outside of Philadelphia and has had no phone/internet/television service since 3/2/18. She tried to log in online but could not remember her username/password and was locked out of her account. The recovery phone number is her late husband's cell phone which is no longer in service. She called Verizon and was on hold for over 90 minutes on 3 separate occasions trying to get someone to help her, and she finally reached someone and made an appointment for a technician to come this afternoon. She waited at home for 4 hours and the technician never showed up. How can we get someone to her house to restore her service? I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and can't reach anyone.
