A while back I changed to Autopay/Paper Free to receive the $10 discount. I see one bill where it says "A $10 AutoPay and paper-free discount was added to your account this month."
Is that reflected in the bundle price or should I see that called out specifically or as the generic "Adj Fios Monthly Service" line item each month? (FWIW, while I saw it once, I haven't seen that again.)
Unfortunately, I did this switch as I was updating my plan, and I had a checking account error that resulted in some surcharges, so for a couple of months my bill was a bit screwy. I also can't find documentation of what my new plan was.
If I know what to look for I can better determine if I'm getting the discount. TYIA!
