However when I call, there is literally no option for this. Anyone know how to successfully get it removed? Is there an email address I can contact?
We no longer have Verizon accounts.
Absolutely disgusted how intentionally hard Verizon makes this. Comcast lets you do it through a webpage.

Keep in mind, this will not eliminate all Verizon mail.
They state that some is sent to all households in a zip coed.

there are state and federal laws that limit or stop such unwanted mail.
contact your states consumer protection agency and file a complaint with them. They might be able to assist.
How is the mailer being mailed?
EDDM/ECRWSS/ECRWSH or presorted STD
Is the mailer in a physical name or current resident and alike?
