Tried later, and no error, but not a page for rewards redemption.
Why can't these cards just be mailed out when wait period has been met, vs having to jump thru hoops to get the cards. Reps on phone say they can not request cards be issued - customer must redeem. But they have no info on where on the website to go to do that. Just resend the email with same buggy links. Just say try a different device or internet connection - or phone app. Tooo many hoops - please just send the cards, and an email that indicates visa card is in the mail.
