I can't get anyone from Verizon who is familiar with how to use CLOUD. I want to make sure that it is backing up my files and I want to download the files to a new computer.
I went on My Verizon to the manage Cloud page, When looking at the Documents folder, I only see files that are two years old. When I attempted to download the document files to my desktop, I received a Documents, zip file. When I open the .zip file and looked at the contents, there was nothing there. The files were empty. So I have a lot of user interface questions. Where is the User Manual?
Does anyone in Verizon know how to use CLOUD?
I have talked to several representatives for several hours but none of them have ever used CLOUD and can only access material that is on the web.
They scheduled a call back with an alleged expert. They did call back but all i talked to was an automated callback system and then they dropped the call while connecting me to a real person. How can you offer a service with out a user manual or instructions and without any knowledgeable represtatives?
You talking mostly to users of Verizon's land line services here.
Verizon has a "cloud" service for their wireless customers that works with smart phones ((https://community.verizonwireless.com/). I'm not aware of any cloud service for FiOS and DSL customers, and I've been a FiOS / DSL customer for many, many years.
If you are asking about the cloud service for wireless customers, you couldtry over in their user forums to see if anyone there has experience with it.

Also, googling "Verizon cloud" seems to provide lots of useful info.
