I can't redeem my Amazon prime membership, Amazon Echo and gift card

I received an email on December 29 that my reward was ready to redeem and I been trying to do it but I can't, please help me. Today I received another email telling me that my bonus will expire soon if I don't redeem it.... and I can't do it.
