Verizon has stopped broadcasting the tennis channel but many viewers are still paying for this agreed upon contract that Verizon is not honoring. Is there a legal recourse for Verizon customers to get reimbursed for services paid for but not received?

The Tennis channel was never specifically a seperate item.  So the legal answer is NO.  Their various phrases in the package agreement allow them to make pretty much any changes they want to the package contents.
