I would like to file a formal complaint related to the customer service I have received with Verizon Fios. I am having billing issues that are still not resolved and have had some very disappointing interactions with customer service. I would like to be personally contacted to discuss my complaint.

you could also post at consumer affairs.com or BBB.org verizon has been known to not like bad publicity and answer very quickly.
