I do not have a Verizon account therefore I cannot create one to speak to an agent. I’m from Canada living in the US for a month and would like to use a prepaid plan, when I check to see if my IEMI number is compatible with Verizon it says it’s not. It’s an unlocked iPhone 12 mini, I’ve tried many times in case I’ve entered it incorrectly, yet when I check it with a company like t-mobile, it’s compatible with them but I’d rather use Verizon. Isn’t an unlocked phone an unlocked phone, why would it be acceptable with one company but not another?
