for almost a year this co has me paying for my service and they do not have my bill on line so when I go to pay it it cost me 3 .50 and they promise to resolve the problem ,, that is 12 x 3.50, I am on line again today to pay my bill and I cannot get on ,this is aggrevation to me I am going through chemo , I need the phone ,I want this on line so when you interrupt my service you will know what the problem again is ,of course you are closed and noone to talk to , this is the worse situation to be in ,, being held hostage ..
