I am a long time cutomer of Verizon wireless & as soon as Fios came to my area I jumped on it. They were great up until last contract and I have never been insulted by the horrible customer service & the fact they think I'm a loyal customer, but feel like I should pay so much more a month for same services is beyond disrespectful. I talked to many people at Fios and they keep saying it's the best deal. Really I had better offers from other companies which even beats Fios by so much for my old price for much better services. V Wirelss is so great to deal with and work with whatever issues you have and when I call to buy something they look over my account and actually give me discounts without asking. Fios is not fair and now I'm done and will be bringing back my boxes & stuff and get another company. Loyal customes should be treated a lot better than this. I had new customers sign up and use fios and when they did same to them they left and saving so much

Verizon Fios is a business. Many services you use today don’t keep charging the same price as 10, 5 or 2 years ago. 

As a new customer you get teaser prices, you sign up and you enjoy the service at that lower price. However over time you are not going to pay teaser prices of $70, $75 or $80 loyalty has nothing to do with it. You are purchasing a service at a price you are willing to pay.

you can move to cheaper services provided by others or pay the normal business increases as they are offered. You are not being held hostage. Just remember that cable and satellite service offers great new customer pricing but they also raise rates even faster than Verizon so you have choices.

Verizon is not insulting you, it’s a business for profit.

No, $70 + more for a loyal customer? Month increase us greedy that's why 4 or my friends as well as myself are moving from food. We all agree it's way to much. Your profits / earnings 2017 1.26billion & your taking your long time customers. Your customer service reps for fios are rude & liars. I understand an increase and I have no issues, but that much is beyond greedy for same services. Piece out fios

There is no such thing as a loyal customer. We are customers purchasing a service(s) be it internet, tv and phone or just one or two services.

the discounts fall off, you pay more. Verizon raises rates and surcharges and fees you then pay more. Again you have choices. I would not give up food to have internet.

you can try to deal with Fios but it may not lower your bill. But it may lower it slightly.
