I searched everywhere I could to find their phone number and I don’t mean their
1800VERIZON number, which is not listed anywhere either! I had to call 411 and pay them to get me THEIR phone number! One would think they’d conveniently have it splashed across the top of their site, but noooo. It’s not even deeply hidden in the fine print at the very bottom of the very last pages of their website. Why would they do this? And even though they tell you to use their website and go on line into your account, there are some things that you just cannot do yourself and you MUST call them on the phone. It’s just a big ridiculous hassle for them not to provide their phone number clearly at the top of their first web page!
1800Verizon is the number. There is no special number. You call 1800Verizon, verify your identity, and talk to the department for your issue, for example, billing or maintenance.
