Issues Redeeming $200.00 Samsung Promo

I recieved a samsung promo when I signed up with verizon fios which was to expire 11/20/19.  I have tried several times to collect the promo however there always seems to be an issue with the app or the link wouldn't work .  I recieved an email stating today is the last day to redeem the offer, however when I clicked on the redeem now link, it couldn't be found.  Would appreciate some assistance with this.
