Jet Pack

I have a jetpack that I can view in my available Networks but when I connect to it it does not connect to the Internet. This is a new jetpack what am I doing wrong?

The Jetpack is a Verizon Wireless product. This forum is for Verizon land-based services and products. Verizon Wireless has a separate forum.

Verizon Wireless support can troubleshoot the problem and resolve.
