Help! We have a low hanging wire over our driveway. We've had the electricial company come out but they said they couldn't do anything because it was cable. What contact support can I use for this issue?

If it belongs to Verizon 1-800-VERIZON and get someone to fix or remove it.
if it is a hazard call your local police department so they can document it or get in touch with the proper people.
you could call your local engineers office for where you live or department of public works. They may be able to assist.
or file a complaint with your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission which you can find via google search.
Can also try contacting Verizon via twitter @verizonsupport.
No phone waits and pretty responsive.
