The low hanging fios and old phone lines are in the way for parking of our RV. We have a large parking pad behind our house but the Verizon lines are so low that we can't even move the vehicle around on the parking pad for fear of damaging equipment on the RV's roof. Has anyone had luck with getting Verizon to raise their low hanging lines? My current contract is expiring this month. If we renew, will they ever come out and fix the issue or will we be stuck? Who do we call for this issue? I can't even find an online chat button.
