I have an extremely low hanging wire that crosses my street blocking traffic. I can't find any viable number on Sunday to talk to anybody from Verizon. If anybody has a way to reach out please let me know.
The post is also a mess for unclear reasons with loops and loops of optical wire just hanging down from it.
I would try 1-800-VERIZON see if they can assist.
also make sure it’s their pole. It could belong to the power company.
if a real hazard call your local police department and have them look at it or do something about it.
hanging wires are no slight issue. It can cause customer disruption of services no matter what type they are.
