I switched from ATT to Verizon last year on one of our phones for better reception at home, and have been unable to get any help from Verizon to fix this really bad login problem that some customers appear to experience:
On the My Verizon website (and in the app on my iPhone), when I enter my phone number and password, it sends a verification code to my email. When I enter the verification code it brings me back to the login screen, where I enter my username and password it sends a verification code to my email, when I enter the verification code it sends me back to the login screen.... repeats over and over.
This happens on any computer I have ever tried, and also, like I said, on the My Verizon App.
Seriously Verizon, get with it... I'm about to head back to AT&T and live with the poor reception at home.
