Metal cable holding old verizon pole attached to my building

There is an old metal cable attached to my building holding an old portion of what used to be an old verizon pole.  Who can I speak to regarding the damage it has created on my building.  there are huge holes due to the strain the cable has put on my building, causing leaks when it rains into the building, causing inside damage.  I need for this metal attachment to be removed because is putting strain on my wall. and repair to the brick wall.
