Hello,
I signed up for new FIOS service early December which included an offer for a $50 Amazon Gift Card. Per the terms of my signup, I was supposed to receieve an email within 30 days regarding claiming this offer. However, I have not receieved any communication about the card. I have called in to customer service several times and have been forwarded around endlessly with no one able to help me. Is this offer a scam? What do I need to do to claim the card?
