I signed up with Verizon back on April 2013 and am under a 24 month contract. Over the last 4 months or so, my bill is slowly increasing every month. I remember this same thing happening when I had Verizon before and that is why I got rid of them. If I sign a 24 month contract, I should have the exact same price every month unless I make changes to it, which I have not done. Why does this always happen with Verizon. I started out paying 130.00 per month and now my bill is up to 160.00. Something is wrong here.
Your best bet is to call the Verizon billing dept. and ask for an explanation.
