Morning,

   I have spent the last 3 weeks off and on hours on hours trying to get a bill taking care of. But cant seem to get anywhere. I've been transferred around so many times I think I have spoke to everyone at Verizon but the person that can actually help me get this resolved. Is there anyone out there with a contact for a manager or someone higher up that can asset me?
