Con Edison just installed a new utility pole on our property right next to the old pole that snapped during a recent storm. They left all the Verizon cables attached to the old pole, which is leaning towards the ground and is tied by rope to the new pole. The Verizon cables are all dragging on the ground. How can I get the cables moved to the new pole and the old pole removed?
Thank you.
