Need contact info for underground repair

I am the president of our HOA in the Tampa area of Florida where there are some damaged, Verizon in-ground boxes that need repair/replacement and new covers. Who can I contact as the 1-800 numbers take me through prompts which ultimately advise me to call Frontier. Frontier tells me that they are Verizon’s responsibility.

Frontier acquired all broadband and landline services from Verizon in California, Florida, and Texas in 2016.  You will need to contact Frontier, as they are now the service provider in your state.
