Need help with redeeming gift card

Having the same issue as a few other users where I click the link to redeem my offer for a $50 Visa Card and the server gives me an error. Tried for the past few days with the same error each time. Just need a rep to help me with redeeming my offer and let someone on the backend know so they can resolve this issue.
