Need to contact contractor doing FIOS installations...

I had tried contacting the contractor who installed the underground tubing down our street (Selkirk, NY) when I realized that they had actually removed a survey marker when they had done the digging.  I can't locate the number anymore (it was on a yellow tag they put on my door).  

Can someone let me know who I should call to follow up regarding this issue?
