For the last month my interent service has been intermittent at best. I call customer service they send a technician they hook up a new box..it does not solve the issue. I call back and I am told by customer service they will send me a new box to hook up? Why? Because the technician don't carry the right ones...the boxes look identical. So they convert me to high speed internet for DSL...not only is it not faster...the service is worse then before. I call customer service spend an hour on hold....only for the agent to hang up on me...because I am not willing to pay the $30 increase for the so-called "high speed" access that I have had for one week. I get on chat today to make sure they have reverted me back to what I had before and they tell my the high speed order is still pending? I don't think anyone knows what they are doing...the chat person then tells me they can't help me I have to call the 800# isn't there anyone who can actually help their customers...I would like to file a formal complaint but can't get through anywhere
