After a month of usage I have claimed the gift card via message center in my account and I was able to see the status of my card was shipped but it was never delivered to me.
After a hell lot of calls I came to know it was shipped to wrong address. I wanted to correct the address and get the card delivered to me but no use.. they just hung up.
I have been calling to cutomer service a lot of times each time it's directed from one person to another person but there is no response.
Hoping for a better response atleast now.
