Fios was installed late last week. Since then, the phone did not work so another tech needed to be scheduled. Since the day of the install I have been receiving robo calls on my home phone and cell phone, some one elses name and account, 3 to 5 per day on each. I called Verizon and the customer service person played dumb, this is not a coinsinance . I tried to go online to the chat service and it is no where to be found. Another service call tomorrow because TV no longer works. I feel very taken advantage of at this point.
