For several weeks now I have been trying to return an accessory I bought from Fios. I have called numerous times about this and keep getting the run around about the return. I'm never given any clear instructions on how to return the accessory. "Just affix the return label to the package.", well I never received a return invoice or even a packing slip for this item.
So now my numerous run arounds resulted in me paying for something I do not want. If someone knows how to help me with this I'd appreciate it. Most importantly, getting a refund for the item I paid for that I DID NOT WANT.
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
