No internet/cable for 3 days


i cannot connect time the Internet or cable fo three days. We lost power from a storm but got it back on and the cable and Internet never came back on. I keep trying to call and never get through. I’ve been on hold for almost two hours and hung up. I also can’t trouble shoot online as it says I need to connect to an agent, this needs to be escalated.
