I bought an IPhone from Verizon and signed up at the same time for the monthly autopay. The phone was stolen in transit. Verizon refunded the amount for the IPhone and first month of autopay, but continued for the next 4 moths to charge my card for the phone that doesn't exist.
I've talked with Verizon twice about this matter, promised both times I would be credited the money I'm owed within a few days, yet no credit to my card.
It's been 6 months now.
PLEASE, can someone carry through on your promise to refund my $130.60?
I'm 68 on SSA and really need this money.
