No service

I called for service on monday for a cut line in to the house amd was told it would be friday before a tech could make it out between 3-5 well at 5 i called to see what was going on they told me service tech was running late and it would be another hour well never ggot a call from tech and it now 10:30 customer service is not good I have no phone ,internet ,or tv  service still wish now I kept my brighthouse service never had a problem getting someone out the next day this really s___ks they should send some one out the very next  day when someone has no service at all I pretty much hate verizon now and would not recomend it to anyone ever again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call them back and ask when the tech will be out.
