Hello. Saw some other posts on here about getting Verizon to come out and remove an old utility pole. Sounds like coule be a challenge, but wanted to start the process. They put a new one in back in May 2018, Dominion Power came and hooked the power lines to the new pole, but Verizon has not touched the old pole and the cable / phone wires are still attached to it. The old pole is leaning and damaged and needs to be removed. Dominion even cut the top off so they could get the street light off and mount it to the new pole. Please advise next steps to get them to come out and finish the job they started 4 months ago.
