I've been on hold w/ Verizon Customer Service for 5 hours, and I've been hung up on twice by technicians. The last one put me on hold for 45 mins, and never came back on-line. I still have no resolution on my pending iPhone order. Every time I come back to customer service, the process starts again. This is one of the worst experiences I've had a dealing with a company, and after nearly 10 years w/ Verizon, I don't think I'll continue working with them....it's time to switch.
