Online Bill Payment

I've been unable to pay my bill online for the past couple months, and am also unable to find a way of sucessfully submitting a direct support request to Verizon... So I am posting here, as many others have, to request someone contact me to assist with payment.

I really hope you guys fired whoever destroyed your webite's interface.
