I have been working with Verizon for the past 48 hours to register my gifts cart. I was asked through chat to clear the cash, I dit that, it didn’t work. The other agent asked me to use my Verizon app, I tried that multiple times for the same results. Then they give me the number to call, and told me that my problem will be solved by a “third party.” I called the number, they gave me another number to call. The last number to call was a computer asking me to check my gift card balance. I am not sure why Verizon is making it so difficult to redeem a gift card. This is not the first time since I have two different accounts.
