Please respond to my complaint to the customer service

I have contacted 4 agents (Samreddy, Vance, Naveena, Vivek) to re-set my PIC code to 0444. Verizon has deleted it and it is now blank, which means I cannot make any long-distance phone calls. After more than an hour, the first 3 agends did not know what a PIC code was, and Vivek said he could not reset it. He told me to email, which returned an error message. The number has disconnected me each time before I could speak to an agent, after making me wait for a long time. Please provide me with an email address of an agent who can reset the PIC code.
