Problem With Redeeming Prepaid Visa Reward

Hello!  I received an email on 3/25/2020 that it is time to redeem my $100 Visa Prepaid Card from Verizon for which I am eligible after signing up for new FIOS services. One of the reasons I switched to Verizon TV services from Comcast was due to this incentive. I have repeatedly followed the instructions provided but there is nowhere to "click on the reward tile" to redeem the card.  How do I redeem my gift card?  I have called MULTIPLE times and tried to get support through the chat but to no avail. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Verizon. Why don’t you just automatically send us our valid rewards that are due us? At this this trying time more than ever, there should be NO DELAY in sending out these reward cards!
