Just sharing with the forum my renewal problem.
I was online on Friday 2/21 the the website offered me current bundle for $104.99 to renew for 2 years., but my confirmation email shows $119.99.
Since I did not take a screen shot and the confirmation email is wrong, I am having a hard time to convince them.
I have gone through chat and several "retention" people. I got 1 or 2 call backs. But still an open issue for me. I did end up opening a call with my local BBB and I finally got an "executive resolution" type person that gave me his name and number that I can call back for follow up. Sad that I had to lodge a BBB entry to get a person with a name/phone for follow up.... Looks like this is a system wide problem on their website.
