Problems submitting my payment online

For the past 2 months I have had to submit my payment via telephone & incur the additional call line fees, because my verizon account webpage won't allow me to submit my payment online using my checking account.

Everything appears to be saved with my information, but the balance due states N/A and when I manually type in what I'm trying to pay..whether the full amount or not..I receive an error message indicating that the payment can't be submitted online at this time.

This is very frustrating because I typically pay my bills online & I don't want to incur any additional late fees by trying to avoid the telephone fees & submitting my payment in the mail.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience and resolve my online situation.

Sorry you are having difficulty, an agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information to help you resolve your issue.Please remember to check your spam/junk folder if you do not hear from an agent.
