I had a sales rep come to my door and offer me a great package. Was not happy with optimum at all so I figured why not. Rep was at my house for an hour and a half setting up all this crap. I asked for a copy of the contract and she said there was nothing in writing It was all electronic so I had to wait till everything was processed until I could read what I was actually getting. Sales rep lied to me outright, THANKS BROOKE. Said she would follow up with me never did, I was unable to contact her on the number she left and I left about 6 messages. The price she quoted me was about 25$ less than it actually turned out. She told me that my bill would not increase unless there were tax increases, another lie. Now I look at my account online and it went up another 10$ and I have not been with them for 2 months yet. Well I will be discontinuing service. These cable companies are unethical at best they should do a federal investigation on them instead of these antitrust suits on Apple and other tech companies. Totally disgusted.
