Promotional gift card not received

We got an internet bundle from Verizon Fios in October 2019 and were supposed to receive a $200 promotional gift card. It is September 2020 now and we still have not received it. I have called multiple times, the last time in July and was promised that the card will show up in the mail in the next 4 weeks. Since then, nothing has shown up in the mail and the banner in the account home that says that we have a $200 card yet to be redeemed has disappeared. Why is Verizon running this scam and troubling their customers? It is such harassment to keep calling for something that has been promised with a contract. Someone needs to resolve this for me, fast.
