Prompted to register for $250 visa, but you have a dead link...what is the solution?!

Every time I sign in I am told that I have 60 days to register to get the $250 prepaid visa, but the link you include is dead and has been dead since May of this year.

Please advise, I see tons of other people here with the same question and all that you say to them is, check your messages then you lock the thread...
