Hi, our internet, cable and phone went down March 4th due to damage from the previous Fridays storm. Verizon gave us a ticket for a repair for Wednesday March 7th.
They came out that day in the middle of another snowstorm but were unable to fix it.
However they canceled the ticket since they came out. Apparently they need a special person to fix it, but I do not when for sure. My problem is my special needs son has been missing school, since he attends a cyber charter school. I am going to need a note from Verizon stating we did not have internet service. Who do I contact to get that verification? Thanks for any help you can offer me!
