Redeem Visa Gift Card

I have been trying to redeem my Visa Gift Cards since last week. I received the email and clicked the link but that just took me to the home page of Verizon Fios. I was able to see the pending cards in my account stating that I could redeem on 5/8 but there was no where to click on them. Now those cards are no longer in the app or on the site when I log in and the email link to redeem does not work. I was promised a gift card for 100 and a gift card for 50. Is there another way to redeem them?

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger Inbox for a message from a Verizon Support agent. You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
