Redeeming $50 amazon gift card

I have been having issues in redeeming my promised $50 amazon gift card. I activated the 100 meg internet on dec 25 2018. The told me i had to wait 30 days before i would get it. I did nothing till after 30 days. I didn’t register for it before the 30 days because I thought you had to wait 30 days first. Now the my fios app says click here to claim your gift card. But it says it has been over 60 days, and it’s too late. It has not been 60 days yet. You have to jump thru so many hoops for this card.
