Reporting tree limbs on lines

There is a large forked branch of a tree covering the cable lines going to our street. (I checked with Eversource, already. These are the cables lines, not the power lines.)

I would like to be proactive and report this before it becomes a bigger problem.

All the automated support options don't seem to cover this need.

Where/how do I report this?
