I sent back a damaged TV box this past week and was delivered to Verizon last Wed to the PA location. How long does it take to get this removed from my inventory? Still showing on my list this morning.

From a chat session I had regarding the same issue:
It can take up to 1 to 2 billing cycles before returned boxes show removed from your bill. But the account will be adjusted to the date the equipment is received. And that adjustment would also appear within 1 to 2 billing cycles
There's no logical reason for it to take that long, but it seems to be Verizon's policy.
