Returning Cable Box

I've been trying to figure out how to return a cable box. I got a cablecard and don't need it. The number for support that is ALL over is ONLY for verizon wireless. I cannot find the correct number and the people never transfer me to the right department. How do I request a return box without being sent all over the place?

Set STB to 0.

If it doesn't let you do it, then cotnact support at 1800Verizon.
